Who you contract with

Homundi (homundi.com) is operated by Lindengrove Group OÜ, a company in Estonia. These terms govern use of the website, accounts, listings, enquiries and paid plans.

By creating an account or publishing a listing you agree to these terms, the listing rules and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Homundi is a place to publish a home and to send an enquiry to the person who listed it. Homundi is not the seller, the landlord, the agent or a party to the sale, lease or off-market negotiation.

Listing text, photos and prices are supplied by the person who posts them. We do not warrant that a listing is complete, still available or accurately described.

Accounts

You need an account to publish. You can sign up with email and a password, or with an email sign-in link. Google sign-in works when that provider is enabled on the project.

Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the listing rules.

Prices

Posting is free for everyone until 20 January 2027. After that date: a private person may keep 1 listing free, and each further listing is €3, paid once. A listing stays up until it is sold, for 3 months at most. An agency is €25 a month for up to 100 listings. XML import is free. Off-market access is €100 a month. Prices include VAT.

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. A refund follows the mandatory rights of a consumer in Estonia and the European Union.
