Listing rules
What you may publish
Publish a home, plot or commercial space you own, or that you are instructed to market. You confirm you have the right to use the text and the photos.
The price, area, rooms, year and energy class must be what you entered or what a public register returned for that address. Leave a fact empty when you do not know it. Do not invent one.
What we remove
We remove a listing that is not a real property, uses someone else’s photos without a right, hides a material defect on purpose, or discriminates against a buyer or tenant.
Mark the listing sold, or delete it, when it is no longer available. A listing that stays up after a sale can be taken down.
